ZONAL SALES MANAGERS (3 Positions)

Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Zonal Sales Managers to oversee the sales growth of our premium aluminium profiles and accessories. In this role, you will lead strategic market expansion and directly supervise all retail and wholesale branches within your designated zone. You will be fully responsible for zonal profitability, team leadership, and supply chain coordination to ensure our products dominate the regional market.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in building materials, hardware, or construction supplies is mandatory. Deep technical familiarity with aluminium profiles and accessories is an added advantage.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP software such as SAGE and Tally.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within the zone.
